DISC Behavioral Styles Profile

  1. Choose one context and use it for the entire assessment: Work or Home.
  2. In each box, read all four phrases before choosing.
  3. Select the phrase that is most like you in that context.
  4. Select the phrase that is least like you in that same box.
  5. Each box must have exactly one Most answer and one Least answer. They cannot be the same phrase.
  6. Answer based on how you usually behave, not how you wish you behaved.
  7. Do not spend too long on any one box. Your first instinct is usually the best answer.

Example: If one box includes the phrases “Direct,” “Patient,” “Careful,” and “Enthusiastic,” and “Direct” fits you best, mark it as Most. If “Patient” fits you least, mark it as Least.

Then move on to the next box and repeat the same process.
